Connect to the spiral essence of nature's wisdom during four beautiful days of community, creativity and movement with your inspirational guides Célina Hwang & Dr Karen Kirkness. You'll be warmly welcomed in an informal and friendly atmosphere that will inspire you to immerse yourself in somatic and creative projects, all in the splendid natural setting of

the Ardèche.

Join us for a 3-day Mysore Intensive Aug 8-10th, 06:30-08:30 each morning 🌅 (Just £65 for all 3 days). Spaces are limited to 12 and Karen offers experienced guidance and custom adaptations for your unique practice... she is joined by Thom who will be assisting. Two teachers, 12 spaces, no better opportunity to grow your practice this summer!
All levels are welcome. Some experience of the Ashtanga Vinyasa method is helpful; please reach out if you're unsure whether this intensive will serve you best!


3AUGUST DAY RETREAT
High summer is easing us into a hint of the Autumnal vibes to come. Celebrate August with an exploration of yogic movement concepts, pranayama, and playfulness. Come as you are and nourish yourself in good company
with practices adaptable for all levels.
ITINERARY:
Saturday, 16th of August
08:30 - Arrive at Peebles Hydro and enjoy the facilities if you've booked accommodation with the Hydro.*
09:00 - 11.30 am: Invigorating Spiral Ashtanga Vinyasa practice with Chanting
& Pranayama.
Noon - 1 pm: Nourishing light yet satisfying plant-based lunch in
The Grill Room.
1 pm - 4:00 pm: Post-lunch playful exploration, postural assists, and Yoga Nidra
guided relaxation.
Two monthly payments of
£60 include all the yoga

Thinking of doing your Advanced Training with Karen? This Weekend Intensive offers a deep dive into the rotational biomechanics of the Five Filaments (5F) bio-motional basis for Spiral Vinyasa.
Expect to move, assist, be assisted, and take your teaching practice to the next level. No commitment to the 300-Hr is expected; however, you may use this weekend as a springboard into the full training, where space becomes available.

08:00 - 10.00 am: Challenging yet nourishing Spiral Vinyasa practice.
10:ish - 12.00 pm: Introducing the Five Filaments (5F) Repertoire for Teaching & Practice. This is a set series of "spiral snacks" you can access from anywhere and teach in your classes.
Noon - 1 pm: Break
1 pm - 5:00 pm: Five Filaments (5F) Contact Pre-hab (yoga-based rotational assists in practice). This work is hands-on and requires in-person attendance.

This Weekend Intensive offers a deeper dive into the rotational biomechanics of the Five Filaments (5F) bio-motional basis for Spiral Vinyasa.
Expect to move, assist, be assisted, and take your teaching practice to the next level. This weekend will offer an emphasis on the 5F Contact Pre-hab, a suite of practices for giving and receiving yoga assists.
ITINERARY BOTH DAYS
