October vibes bring us further into the Five Filaments (5F) spiral motion Repertoire, where we'll dive into the ten pairs of Foot and Hip Filaments. After lunch settles, it's time to continue our 5F Contact Pre-hab Sessions with expertly applied, playfully offered, and always rotational yoga-based assists.
This Weekend Intensive offers a deep dive into the rotational biomechanics of the Five Filaments (5F) bio-motional basis for Spiral Vinyasa.
Expect to move, assist, be assisted, and take your teaching practice to the next level.
ITINERARY BOTH DAYS
08:00 - 10.00 am: Challenging yet nourishing Spiral Vinyasa practice.
10:ish - 12.00 pm: Introducing the Five Filaments (5F) Repertoire for Teaching & Practice. This is a set series of "spiral snacks" you can access from anywhere and teach in your classes.
Noon - 1 pm: Break
1 pm - 5:00 pm: Five Filaments (5F) Contact Pre-hab (yoga-based rotational assists in practice). This work is hands-on and requires in-person attendance.
No commitment to the 300-Hr is expected; however, you may use this weekend as a springboard into the full training where space becomes available.
