1GROUP MENTORSHIP
This group mentorship meets live online every other Monday on the Spiral Syllabus Community platform. Each session includes a recorded movement practice followed by a Q&A chat, with replays available immediately after. Ideal for movement educators from any discipline, this program is best suited for those with prior qualifications looking to refine their teaching. Your first month is just ÂŁ10, then ÂŁ28 per month.

2THE 5FS PROGRAM: ADVANCED SPIRAL MOTION TRAINING
The 5FS program is a comprehensive, live online training for movement educators passionate about spiral motion. Delivered on the Spiral Syllabus Community platform, this curriculum includes self-paced modules on the Five Filaments rubric, embryology, anatomy, kinesiology, and practical sequencing. Ideal for educators with prior qualifications, but open to anyone drawn to spirality in movement. The full investment is ÂŁ1860, or choose the payment plan with 18 monthly payments of ÂŁ108.

3FOUNDATIONS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
This accredited 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, recognized by Yoga Alliance, blends online and in-person learning to provide a
comprehensive foundation in yoga. In-person hours include asana, pranayama, anatomy body painting, teaching practice, and practical assessments. Rooted in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the Krishnamacharya lineage, and Karen’s Spiral Bound: Integrated Anatomy for Yoga, you’ll build a solid understanding of traditional yoga while learning how to incorporate spiral motion into your practice.

This advanced, Yoga Alliance-accredited 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to deepen your practice and teaching through a flexible, learner-centric curriculum. Delivered primarily online, with three optional in-person weekends in the Autumn, this course includes three
key modules:
- Five Filaments
Specialist (5FS) - Five Filaments
Repertoire (5F Rep) - Five Filaments Contact Pre-hab (5FCP)
Rooted in Spiral Bound: Integrated Anatomy for Yoga, each module helps you refine your practice using the Five Filaments spiral motion
rubric, while integrating philosophy and fascia-informed anatomy.

7YOGA CLASSES
My classes are for all levels and you can find me online and in person. I teach from my personal practice, so you can expect a constantly evolving blend of Ashtanga and Spiral Vinyasa.

Rotation, rotation, rotation: My cueing invites you to focus on how your joints roll and glide, instead of concentrating solely on aesthetics or alignment constraints of a particular yoga style.


6PRENATAL YOGA CPD Course
Nurture your yoga students to feel confident at every stage of their journey.
I'll help you get your head around the anatomy & physiology of pregnancy so you can focus on bringing your pregnant clients the best Prenatal Yoga experience possible. This Yoga Alliance accredited CPD is suitable for previously qualified teachers, allied health professionals, and yoga students.
