The Pleiomobility (*more* than mobility) Personal ProgramĀ is a one-to-one journey to developing strength and endurance.

PleiomobilityĀ encompasses a program of ten movement "plays" involving jump training and ground reaction force, blending mobility with HIIT for a fun and challenging practice designed for midlife women to stay strong and resilient.

10 Sessions booked fortnightly / £750 or payment plan


Session 1: Foundations

Introduction to the Pleiomobility method and your first two Plays: Squat Hops and Lunge Switches, with options for all ability levels.

Session 2: Upper Body Rebound

Learn Quadruped Hand Pops and Prone Bounces while developing coordination, confidence, and spring through the upper body.

Session 3: Elastic Posterior Chain

Explore Seated Hamstring Hops and Side-Lying Leg Rebounds to build resilience, mobility, and lower-body elasticity.

Session 4: Core and Transitions

Master Supine Pelvic Pulses and Rock-to-Stand while improving whole-body coordination and movement flow.

Session 5: Power and Spirality

Complete the full library of Plays with Kneeling Upjumps and Spiral Thread Throws, introducing rotational power and dynamic movement.

Session 6: Technique Refinement

Refine all ten Plays, improve movement quality, and develop confidence across different intensity levels.

Session 7: Interval Training

Learn how to use timed interval formats to build stamina, resilience, and movement capacity without sacrificing technique.

Session 8: Volume and Consistency

Explore counted-set training methods and develop sustainable practice habits that support long-term progress.

Session 9: Flow and Integration

Begin weaving all ten Plays together into fluid, continuous sequences that feel natural, adaptable, and playful.

Session 10: Confidence and Independence

Complete the programme by integrating all ten Plays into a personalised practice plan designed for lifelong use.
