This Yoga Alliance-accredited training course comprises three component Modules:

Five Filaments Specialist (5FS)
Five Filaments Repertoire (5F Rep)
Five Filaments Contact Pre-hab (5FCP)

Plus continuous group Mentorship with Karen online.

The 2026 in-person dates for the 300-Hour Advanced training are:

Sept 26/27
Oct 10/11
Nov 7/8
