2024 theme: Anatomy of Krama with Karen Kirkness

This hybrid training takes place on the following dates in 2024:

15th-18th June 2024 (Meadowlark Yoga, 43 Argyle Place EH9 1JT)
Online, Saturday, August 24th
5th-9th October 2024 (Ashtanga Yoga Edinburgh, 3A Montgomery St Ln, Edinburgh EH7 5JT)

What you'll get:

Access to online resources, including A&P of the heart and nervous system
Chanting & Pranayama techniques to promote Vagal Tone
Deep dive into fascia-focussed anatomy and spiral motion of Krama (movement sequences harmonizing with breath)
Structured group mentorship (bimonthly Mondays, live and recording available)
In-person sessions building community
Accredited Yoga Alliance CPD building up to a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate
