- Five Filaments Specialist (5FS)
- Five Filaments Repertoire (5F Rep)
- Five Filaments Contact Pre-hab (5FCP)
Plus continuous group Mentorship with Karen online.

The synchronous online course meetings take place at 18:00 - 20:30 on the first Wednesday of each month for 18 months:

How do requirements differ between the Online-Only and In-Person versions of this course?
Our ONLINE-ONLY trainees must synchronously (that means live on the day) attend all 18 of the Synchronous online hours. These synchronous 45 hours are required to satisfy the Yoga Alliance requirements for RYS 300 courses.
For the In-person Certificate, the Yoga Alliance requirement for the minimum 45 Synchronous Hours is achieved over three in-person weekends; the Online Synchronous hours (highlighted in purply-pink in the image above) are not required synchronously for In-person Trainees and will be recorded/distributed to all trainees the week after each online meeting. All trainees (Online-Only and In-Person) are welcome to attend the "Synchronous" online meetings (one per month) live, but the In-Person trainees have the option to miss them live and engage with recordings only.
Does the Certificate differ between the Online-Only and In-Person versions of this course?
Yes. Our ONLINE-ONLY trainees will receive the standard KKYTTS 300-Hour Advanced Spiral Vinyasa Teacher Certificate with an additional Five Filaments Specialist badge after completing Module One. IN-PERSON trainees will receive the distinction of Hands-On qualified on their RYS 300 Certificate in addition to everything awarded after the ONLINE-ONLY version of the training. In short, only trainees who have completed the Hands-On weekends with me will get the Hands-On distinction.
